Nutrition Services
Registered Dietitians (RD) work collaboratively with other care team members to provide personalized nutrition support. An RD is a regulated healthcare professional who provides nutrition care in both inpatient and outpatient programs to restore and maintain good health. Nutrition support may include assessment, care plans, education, and counselling for patients and families.
Patients are connected to a RD through a referral from a physician or member of your healthcare team.
